Step 1: Login to your account.

Step 2: Claim your toons. Instructions on how to do this can be found at: http://www.sevenguild.net/wotlkrpp/plugins/info/info.php?s=&page=1 (This step only needs to be done once)

Step 3: Click on either Raidplan at the Top-Left of the page, of click Raid Planner from the bottom of the first Section of the left menu.

Step 4: Click on the raid you wish to attend on the calendar.

Step 5: Scroll down the page until you see a faceless man in a blue shirt and red tie.

Step 6: Select the toon you wish to attend the raid with from the dropbox. If your class can fulfill more than one roll, please select the role you wish to fill from the dropdown box below your toon's name.

Step 7: Enter any important information you wish to note, in the giant text box.

Step 8: In the right-most drop-down box, select Sign-up if you are 100% to show up or Not-sure if you are not sure if you can make it.

Step 9: Click Change Status. You are now signed up for that raid.

If you wish to cancel your signup, go back into that raid. Scroll down to where you orginally entered your status, change the last dropbox to say unsign, and then click update.

To quickly check if you are confirmed or not for a specific raid, all you have to do is look at the calendar. Underneath each raid name, there will be a colored flag.

A green flag means you are confirmed to go to that raid.

 A yellow flag means you are on standby.

 A red flag means you have cancelled your signup.

 A purple flag means you have selected not-sure.

With the most recent update, came an option to mass signup for raids. At the bottom of the raid calendar, you will see the upcoming raids in list format. If you place your mouse over the colored flag for a particular raid, it changes into a checkbox. Click on all of the raids you wish to attend in the list. At the top of the list, there is a drop down box which says signup as default. You can change this to any of the options you have in the regular signup method if you choose. When you have selected your status, click the process button to the right, and it will automatically sign you up for all the raids that you marked.
